Program is trying to update but having problems. Program automatically tries to update. Screen says "Contacting Update Center". It appears that it prices are "already ok" but when it tries to update program and database "sorry an error occured" appears. I tried shutting down and rebooting but this did not work. |

Some versions ago, the program update was broken. Are you using the latest version 3.18 ? If you're using an old version, you'll have to install the latest version (do not uninstall the old version): http://www.coollector.com |
