They all come up as "Not Recognized Year"

Not all exist in the database. For example Aisha and All Quiet on the western front, old movies exists not the new ones.

It seems that you haven't updated the app to have the latest database.

Click the menu "Tools->Update".

Thanks! I didn't know I needed to do that. I think I got 50 of them recognized. I still have 18 unrecognized.

Maybe a naming problem. Can you give me examples of file names that are not recognized?

By default the auto-update checkbox is checked, you must have unchecked it.
