1-You Developed Possibility of Managing Video on Coollector;THANK YOU!
Now I Request to Add Possibility of Video Relative Addressing.
For Example:
..\..\AutoPlay\FahandejClip
instead
E:\FMDB\AutoPlay\FahandejClip

2-Now Coollector Can Export the list for OUR OWNED VIDEO LIST;Please Active BUTTON "Export This List" Always and Anywhere.

Thank You Very Much.

Relative to what? Please give more details about your needs, as I don't really understand what you want.

(I know what relative addressing is, but I don't see how it could be useful within Coollector)

Sorry, you can export your personal data (what you own, what you've rated, what you wish, etc...), but you can't export the whole database. That's 100% intentional.

Video Relative Addressing

When you scan the videos from a disk which was assigned the letter X, and then the next time you plug in the disk it gets assigned the letter Y, playing the videos will still work because Coollector will notice that the letter has changed.

No need for relative addressing, which would only make sense if the videos were on the same drive as the program.

I'm Fahandej(FMDB).
I Produced a Program and I Used Many Video Clips in it.
I Placed My Video Clips In this Address on my Hard Drive:
E:\FMDB\AutoPlay\FahandejClip

I Placed Coollector Appliction In this Address on my Hard Drive:
E:\FMDB\Coollector\Coollector.exe

Now I want that Coollector work correctly if I changed the place of FMDB folder.
If the address of Video Clips become to Relative address , The Clips will work Corect Anywhere.
for this Example the relative Address to Coollector.exe is:
..\AutoPlay\FahandejClip
Thank You Very Much:

The program would become too complicated and confusing if I modify it to do what you want.

There's already everything you need:

1) the links will still work if the drive letter changes.

2) you can replace "E:\" by "F:\" by using the menu "Tools->Manage your video files->Batch edit the file associations".

Very few users need such a feature. I'm sorry, but I don't want to make the interface more complex for a feature that nobody will use.

The pictures are on your disk, it's not very difficult to take them from there. To know the name of the picture you want, you control + click the picture as if you would contribute it, and the clipboard will now contain the name you're searching.

Thank You!
I didn't know that the clipboard will contain the file name we're searching.
for Uma Thurman ,the file name is:
00014050014943.jpg
and I can find it easily in this Address:
Coollector\Images\MoviesDpt\Persons

Thank You again!

00014050014943.jpg is a character picture (a person picture has 7 digits and a character picture has 14 digits).

You'll find the person picture xxxxx43 and the character picture xxxxx43xxxxxxx inside the folder:

Coollector\Images\MoviesDpt\Persons\43\

If it's Possible, I Request to Add Person's Biography in "Coollector".

For Example:Biography of Morgan Freeman in IMDB is :
"With an authoritative voice and calm demeanor, this ever popular American actor has grown into one of the most respected figures in modern US cinema. Born in June 1937 in Memphis, Tennessee, the young Freeman attended Los Angeles City College before serving several years in the US Air Force as a mechanic between 1955 and 1959. His first dramatic arts exposure was on the stage including appearing in an all-African American production of the exuberant musical Hello, Dolly!. ..."

That's the kind of information that will never be included into our database. The size of the database would explode, for very little added value (most biographies are uninteresting, mostly listing movies after movies). If you want to read the biograhpy of a person, you just have to click the IMDb icon.

I need more details, please.

1) how is the feature invoked?

2) when is the feature useful? (your example with the filtered search seems pointless to me)
