Had to split the archive and rename the single files, otherwise couldn't upload. You have to rename the files to (make sure the file names match EXACTLY the list below) ...

Coollector Retina.mov.zip.001
Coollector Retina.mov.zip.002
Coollector Retina.mov.zip.003
Coollector Retina.mov.zip.004

... put all of them into the same folder and then just unzip file .001. But your unzip can only recognize the file chain if the files have the correct names (.zip.00x works ... .00x.zip doesn't).

It worked thank you!

I suppose that if you make a pause in the middle of a word, it'll still zoom after a second, am I right?

Ok, I think I'm starting to understand what's happening 8)

The 1 second delay is most certainly the timing of the blinking caret. I'm using a wxDCOverlay to draw the caret, and apparently that drives the retina display crazy.

Tomorrow I'll try to find a workaround (now I'm going to bed).

You can easily make a test to prove my theory: you can edit a video and input a new value into one of the text fields. The text field will have a caret, and the problem should happen there too.

Thanks again for your great help!

yep. Once I start editing the assigned file location I get the same oversize text.

Please download this new version to confirm that the font problem is fixed:

http://www.coollector.com/Coollector_Movie_Database.zip

There's still the lines problem, but for the moment I haven't found a way to fix it :worried:

If you compare your screenshot with my screenshot, you'll see that the lines are a mess on retina.
