Hi Hector,

i searched for missing files, the program crashes at the movie you
see in the picture (it's on disk). So i moved the movie to some other
HDD and scanned again, the result is the same... The program crashes.

I suppose that the program crashes on the file just after that one. Could you please check and give me the file name if it's the explanation.

Still looking...

The program crashes when i click on the cancel button, there is something else !
When i don't cancel the scanning stops for 30 seconds and then goes on again for
a few seconds and stops again.

After this i can't access the internal network anymore.
Already restarted the NAS 2 times, i think the problem has something to do with
the internal network....

I'll let you know if i find something.

Well i don't have a clou !!

After restarting the NAS and the attached JBOD drive i'm able
to use the NAS and the JBOD. browsing the directory
on NAS "Single" where the error occurs , don't give's me any
problems.

Now i do the missing files scan and the scan stops at entry 1333, waits
about 30 seconds and goes on till entry 2181 where the scan stops
definitely and the NAS can't be reached anymore (as long as
coollector is still running). I need to close coollector and wait for 1 minute
before i can access the NAS again.

So i'm not sure if its coollector or the internal network, the error is at the
same entry all the time.

Oke, you checked the database file and couldn't find any errors !

It only once continued scanning after waiting 40 sec. most of the time scanning
wont continu. I scanned all HDD's into a new database and with this new
database there is no problem.

Also did a filesystem check on the NAS, everything 100% oke, no bad sectors.

It is unfortunately impossible to find the drive where the error occurs while
the scan for missing movies jumps from the left to the right, it does not scan
the drives one after the other.

I'll continu with the new database ;-)

There was no problem on my computer because I had no drive connected and all the files were reported as missing.

You could disconnect some drives and see what happens...

Disconnecting drives from NAS is a bad idear. The NAS will go
into degraded mode... I have no problem going on with the newly
scanned database.

I found the error !

The scan stopped at the Map "Film/Single" on the NAS
So i checked the NAS and all drives where oké

Today i disconnected the JBOD from the NAS and connected it directly
to my computer. One of the drives is broken (4Tbyte with 700 movies)

So the problem lies not within coollector !
I have work todo :cry2:
