1) make sure you've updated to the latest version of the database (v2.84)

2) if the picture is wrong, press F5 to download it again (if you're a long time user, maybe the picture on your hard drive is outdated).

lol its the pic and name here what i tride did a rescan and rename of the file to 3 types of name and i get 3 types of difornet name back to me lol here what i use for that doco movie and its englich

lol your programe looks good and i hope u fix the bug where it looks at the name and uses a new name for it u can see renaeming the file but did not work .. thers one thing u may like to do is to leet ppl rename the catalog name in it so it will show up the popper name like edit name or some thik like that :> i hope u can help i am a new usere for this programe :> i have looked at some of the movie cataloging programes but your one looks nice and ezy and i like the 3d part :>

Ok, now I understand that you're talking about the scanning of your video files.

The scanning algorithm is unable to associate your files to the corresponding movies, because those movies are not in our database.

"7 Signs Of The Apocalypse 2009" and "Secrets Of Chinas First Emperor" are not in our database, because they are documentaries, and our database contains only movies and series.

I'm sorry, but for the moment Coollector can't be used to manage your documentaries. We plan to change that by creating a separate database for documentaries, but I can't give any date when it'll happen.

You can't edit the movie database, but if a movie or a series (not a documentary) is missing, you can request it and it'll be added with the next database update:
