Hello Hector, I've not been able to open the program since the last update for some reason, I only get the error window. I have tried reinstalling and running as administrator among other things, but i've run out of ideas. (Not very computer saavy)

Thanks for all your hard work on this, it is a great program, can't wait to get it working again.

Hi DS !

Have you tried restarting your computer ? Because Coollector may not visible, but still be running in the background. And as long as it is running in the background, it won't open again (you say you're not computer savvy, so I won't ask you to kill the process).

If restarting your computer does not help, please do this:

1) rename the file "My Documents\Coollector\MyCoollection.cool" into "My Documents\Coollector\MyCoollection2.cool"

2) delete the file "My Documents\Coollector\Tmp\indexing.dat"

3) delete the file "Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Coollector\Databases\english.movies.prices.dat"

and tell me if the program still does not start.

Great !!

Apparently the prices did not download ok, and the file got corrupted.

P.S: if you renamed "MyCoollection.cool" into "MyCoollection2.cool", don't forget to rename it back to "MyCoollection.cool", and get your data again.
