Can we have a open folder option. Now a days I use coollector to see which movie I have not watched from my collection. Once I find one, I manually have to open the folder, copy the movie to my tablet, lie down on bed and watch the movie.

So it would be better if there is an option to open the folder from coollector itself.

While typing this msg, I have another idea, what if there is another option "stream to local devices" option. What it will do is it will use the tool "simple-http-server" or something similar to open a ftp server locally, and from other devices connected on the same network can visit the ftp server link e.g. 192.168.1.10:44550 and there we will get the file shared. we can copy the link and paste inside vlc stream option

It's already possible. You click the file from the "owned videos" box, then you click the folder icon.

Thank you for the suggestion but I have no plan to go in that direction.

In the past I've tried something with Kodi

https://www.coollector.com/help.html#kodi

but that feature has never been popular and I'm not even sure that it's still working.
