how can I copy history (my own movies list wth raitings etc.) from old PC to new PC?

You just have to transfer your coollection file to your new PC:
http://www.coollector.com/help.html#coollection
Locate the coollection file on your new computer, and replace it by the coollection file from your old computer (Coollector must be closed, otherwise you won't be allowed to replace the file).
