Post subject:  Help!! Locking up!!
I am having a similar issue; I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still have the issue. Every time I start the program all seems well until I try a criterion search or try to click on the copy of the movie I own and then I get the etermal hour glass. Help!

Deleting the file "Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Coollector\Databases\english.movies.prices.dat" did not fix the problem ?


If so, please mail me those 2 files:

1) "My Documents\Coollector\MyCoollection.cool"

2) "My Documents\Coollector\Tmp\indexing.dat"

at this address => support at coollector dot com

I've finally found the explanation :D

It's not a bug, you just happen to have a very big coollection, or a very slow computer. The cursor turns into an hour glass because the program is busy reconstructing the database indexing. It can take up to several minutes, so please wait quietly until it's finished.

I'm sorry it may look like a bug. I will add an informative message with progress bar in the next version.
