I lost all my owned movies. How can I recover them?

Is there still something remaining ? Some movie ratings ? Or is there nothing left ?

Select the menu "Help->Locate the automatic backups" and tell me how many automatic backups you have.

Yes there is a backup of mycoolection in documents/coolector/backups

Only one ? That's not a good sign... What's its size ?

How did you use the program ? Did you launch the exe file, or the .cool file ?

I will get back to you latter I just remeber I deleted my documents however I did save them to my usb drive. Will let you know if I get it sorted out.

Yes, it should probably be there. Look for a "Coollector" folder.

What is your operating system ? Mac ? Windows ?
