how can I remove an owned movie on my macbook?

You go to the movie and click the "DEL" button from the "owned videos" box.
If what you want to delete are video files, there's a more powerful option with the menu
"Tools->Manage your video files->Batch delete several file associations".

Sorry if I wasn't clear. It's not a keyboard key that you must press, but an interface button that you must click.
Below the movie poster and title, there are 2 boxes: "owned videos" and "existing videos".
