Playing movie from shared link

Hi is it possible to stream my movie from a shared link via the web. Meaning when I use collector and use the publish link I can see my movies but can not play them. My movies are stored with Dropbox is this possible?

Can I add a customer tag for each movie, that will display within the published web version?

It's not currently possible either. I plan to enhanced the web version in the future.
