cool quit working

My coollector dose not work any more in windows10 when i double click it will not open. There are many related files on my hard drive just dont know if any are missing or corrupted. Could somebody
please help?

If some files are missing, you'll always have the option to install the app again and everything will go back to normal.
But before we do that, please let's try to understand what happened ;)

I find it weird that the app doesn't send any error message... My guess is that you're not double clicking Coollector.exe itself, but a shortcut to it, and for some reason it's not there. Am I right it's a shortcut?

If it's a shortcut, you can right-click it, select "Properties", then click the button "Open File Location" to see where the exe file was supposed to be.

If Coollector.exe is missing, try to find it on your computer, and if you succeed to find it, double click it to check that it works.

There are four fies within Program Files(x86)>Coollector.

Database Folder with english movies.dat

Coollector.exe

History.txt

Uninstall.exe

The history file says 4.18.9 (FEB 05, 2022)

Come to think of it I think thats when it quit working.

You're still having version 4.18.9 and the app stopped working more than 2 months ago? I think I know what happened, it's not serious, just very bad luck.

You can download and run the installer for version 4.19.3 and the problem will be solved :D

Thank you Hector everything is back to normal now. I even got my dvd collection of 322 disk back for which i am very gratefull.
