back ups from yuoor server

ok so i somehow lost all my backups, the collector files are gone i went to locate the back up on your server i downloaded then its a zip file (CoollectorOnlineBackups.zip) and have them in a folder... so how do i add this zip file to the coollector program? ive read the instructions butt im confused where do i add the file? obviously im not a techie, any simple instructions would be appreciated, thank you

Did you have a disk crash or something? If not the app creates backups automatically and you should be able to find them:

The zip file contains several backups, you select the most recent one and substitute it to the default coollection file:

The default coollection file is the file that is reads when the app is launched.

The default coollection file should be "My Documents\Coollector\MyCoollection.cool".

So you'll have to rename your backup as "MyCoollection.cool" and replace the default coollection file with it.
