The most natural solution that I can think of would be to add the value "not owned nor wished."
Tell me if you think of something better.

Well, its not that important but I was just wondering if it was possible to implement easily. But no worries.
Yes the way you want to add NOT OWNED NOT WISHED can work too for this moment.

It's not difficult technically, what's tricky is to find the best organization for all those filters.
It'll be available with the next update.
