Post subject: | missing all files |
It's been over a year and a new computer since I have used Coollector on my PC. I opened up Coollector and I have no movies. I tried downloading all of my backups but only tried the most recent. It states Coollector is already running. How can I resolve? Thank you. |

I restarted the computer and same result. I closed the Coollector program and tried to just open the backup file and received this error: Aborting, please try again ERROR: can't read file It then shows the path on my C drive Either the file is damaged (most likely) or something is blocking access to it (could be your antivirus) I have my antivirus shutoff. |

I checked your backups on the server and indeed your last backup (2024.04.11) is empty, I don't know why. Your backups before that are all fine (starting with 2023.10.30). You said that you have a new computer, that's too bad, maybe you could have found a better backup on your computer. |
