from scatch. how?

I follow directions trying to add a movie from scatch (one that is not in your database) but the dialog always comes up with what ever the last movie was on the left side if the screen. How can a add a movie completely from scatch?

For videos, it's possible to add either from an existing video, or from scratch.

But for movies, it's not possible to add from scratch. If a movie is missing from our database, you must request it to be added to the next database update:
