I use the filter -detail- in filtered search to locate specific types of movies. I use this box for mentioning the subject of the movies rather then the genre. however while my movies are limited to a few subjects whenever i try to use the filter i get many suggestions which bear no results. i would like to remove these suggestions as all they do is make it harder to find my movies 
it would be great if i could somehow delete them there must be close to thirty thank you btw i love the software |

I understand your request. Those values are the default values. It's easier for me to display them without checking if they're actually used or not, but I'll try to arrange that. I put it on my todo list, but I can't give you any date, I'm really busy right now. paesgeld wrote: btw i love the software

Hi paesgeld, As a temporary measure you could add your information as "1: YourDetailType", "2: YourDetailType", etc. The numbers will force your custom details to sort to the top of the list. Then you don't have to scroll through the default detail values. ~KnoWei |

No, no. No temporary measure. I'll add this feature probably with the next version. I've thought about it, and now I know how I'll do it. It'll be a nice improvement

With version 2.78, this behaviour has been added to the filters "details" and "media type". In the future, I'll probably add this behaviour to other filters ("country", etc...). |
