I think you're making a confusion...
I just checked, and the zip file contains only the folder "Items" (with 732 MB of pictures).

After extracting the files again the items file appeared outside the MovieDbt folder I moved it inside the folder and it now works
Thanks for your help

I noticed the top one (Coollector Portable) this morning. I actually forgot about it until I saw the above post. File is attached. Is it one of yours?

I have also noticed a few DVDs show a message
we don't know any video of this movieFor example the movie
Julie It has all the cast details etc but no DVD. The DVD is listed on IMDB
other movies are:-
Sun Valley Serenade,
Take Her Shes Mine,
Tea for Two,
Thank Your Lucky Stars,
This gun for Hire
We Dive at Dawn
Where Were You When The Lights Went Out
The Wooden HorseIs this normal? or should there be an update to correct this?
Sorry to keep asking questions but I am impressed with the program and want to get the best results from it.
best regards
John

This file contains the list of all the pictures that have been changed during the last 3 months. It's the very first file that Coollector downloads everytime you launch the program and you're online. When you navigate the database and stumble on one of those pictures, it is re-downloaded.

The same way we are building the movie database, we are building the database of existing videos. It takes a lot of work, there are still many DVDs to process, but we're working on it.

Oops, I forgot to add this information
The Mac location is "~/Library/Application Support/Coollector Movie Database/Images/MoviesDpt/".
Thank you very much for reporting this problem. I've corrected the page:

With OS X Lion, the "Library" folder is now hidden.
To find it, you'll have to use the "Go" menu of the Finder. The popdown of that menu still doesn't show the "Library" folder, until you hold down the option key to reveal it.

Only the images. You already have all the database information on your computer, as it comes with the program.

Not really up to date, but it's a very good start. I'd say it has 80% of the movie posters.

Nothing to uninstall. It's the same as if you had downloaded the images by using the program.
