Post subject:  Request filtering for existing fields

I have entered most of my videos manually rather than selecting from EXISTING VIDEOS. In those instances I have indicated LANGUAGE, SUBTITLES, and have used all of these MEDIA TYPE choices: DVD R0, DVD R1, DVD R2, DVD R3, DVD R4, DVD R5, and DVD R6. It would benefit me a lot to filter for these field values, but I see no avenue for doing so. Any chance of enabling such filtering? Thanks.

1) set the "status" filter to "owned" (or click "owned" from the menu bar)

2) click the "more filters" button to make appear the "media type" filter.

It's working now. Tried this about a week ago and these [DVD R4, DVD R5, DVD R6] choices were missing from MEDIA TYPE menu list; plus filtering for specified LANGUAGE failed to yield correct result. Given the intuitive simplicity of your filtering setup, which I've understood from the outset, I'm at a loss to understand what happened. It is my contention that I was of sound mind at the time I encountered the reported anomalies.

Thanks!

It's very simple => you hadn't set the "status" filter to "owned".

There's no DVD R6 in our database of existing videos => the media type filter will have DVD R6 as an option only with your owned movies (if you own some DVD R6, of course).
