Error when changing skin

Hello, I would like to ask how to change the appearance of the program. Still writes error and I have reinstalled the program several times. Thank you

On your screenshot, I can read "-1 Public Skins", which is clearly a bug. But when I look at my code, I don't understand how this can happen...
Right after you select the menu "Tools->Skin Selector", only "Public Skins" should be displayed, and a number should be appended only after you've clicked the "Public Skins" tab.
Do you confirm that before taking this screenshot you've clicked the "Public Skins" tab? What else did you do before the error message?
