If you downloaded Coollector from download.com, the program won't work with PicLens. I can't change the file on their site easily, I have to release a new version. I'm preparing Coollector 2.14, to be released tonight. Meanwhile, you can download a fixed version of Coollector 2.13 here: ftp://ftp2.coollector.com/coollect/Coollector.exe I apologize for the trouble
