I Got problem in my PC

Everytime i'm trying open this program, there is notif appear in my pc like this



i already trying Uninstal the program & Re Instal this program but still the same

To begin with, please confirm that it's the latest version 4.10.7 that you're installing.

Also, please try using the portable version to see if the problem is still the same:
