poster/images not downloaded

None of the movies rated when installed the program of the IMDB rated list I imported has a poster. I can't find any option to download images/posters in the pgm interface. How can I get these?

Is your computer connected to the internet?
If it is, then it's probably your firewall which is preventing Coollector from downloading the pictures and you have to set your firewall to allow Coollector to download from the internet.
