Hello. I saw your reply to my review of Coollector Lite and I think this is how I should reply. In answer to your question, yes, I will try to help you fix this bug.

Steps to repro:

Click on single-pane mode. Dismiss the pop-up explaining single-pane mode.
Click on Barcode Search. Enter a barcode. Click on Search
Click on one of the Icons for the titles returned.

The error box is stuck under the movie title box that appears.


The only thing I can do is move the movie title box out of the way, hit continue to dismiss the error pop-ups and then the app crashes. I then get the option to report to Apple which I did several times.



I am using a iMac 27", Late 2013, Mojave OS 10.14.5. I do not have a 2nd monitor. I do not see this problem if I stay in multi-pane view.

I will fix it tomorrow morning, then I'll submit the fixed version to the Mac App Store.

Sorry, I received nothing. My app has been on the Mac store for many years, and I've never received a single crash report. I think that the section where the crashes are supposed to be shown has been removed altogether as I can't find it anymore.

The fixed version has been submitted to the Mac App Store, it should be live in a few hours.

It's quite surprising that nobody noticed this bug before. Guyz, please report when you see something wrong, I'll much appreciate! I fix bugs as soon as they're reported, but I can't fix a bug that I'm not aware of

Could you please tell me which movies had erroneous information? About the movies with no information at all, our forum has a dedicated section where you can request missing movies to be added:

About the limitation to 50 movies, "Coollector Movie Database LITE" is a version to evaluate the app for free before buying the normal version "Coollector Movie Database" (without LITE at the end) which doesn't have any limitation at all.

By the way, to thank you for helping me fix a crashing bug, I had sent you a forum private message with a promo code to get the normal version for free, but you don't seem to have seen that private message...
