When I try to backup my database I get "error 3: the system cannot find path specified". How do I correct this problem so I can start backing up my movie database online? I believe I'm using Collector Movie Database v3.24.6.

Version 3.24.6 was 7 years ago! Please make sure you have the latest version 4.15.2 installed and the problem should be fixed.

I update my program to 4.15.3. It looks like I'm able to backup my movie database but when I pull up the server there is nothing recorded. What do you suggest?

Yes, your collection of 1566 movies is visible online. I can also see that you've uploaded 5 backups of your coollection file. They are 2 years old, but I suppose it's because you're going back to the program after a long break.

Do you mean you press "View the backups saved on the server" and it says there's none? That would be weird because I see there are 5 backups. Have you tried several times? I've just tried (with my own data) and it worked for me.
