Wont let me input

I have a problem i just update using the file tab and choosing update. everything went well but as soon as i tried to add movies or edit an existing movie us8ng my keyboard it wont let me do it and i get that error tune. anywhere on the database i place the cursor over a field and try to input data, it wont let me, it will delete using my delete key. any help would be appreciated.
Using my windows laptop on windows 10

A new version has been released to fix the input bug on Windows (there's no bug on Mac).

The online publishing issue was a server-side issue which fixed itself on its own.
