The filter "- rated or not -" is missing the "not rated" choice in v4.19.4.

"not rated" has been replaced by "not watched".

In several places the word "rated" has now been replaced by the word "watched". Please give it some thought, I think it makes sense

If you want to specifically list the movies that you've watched but not rated, you have "watched but not rated".
