Hi Hector, I tried to attach the file to an email but once the file was finished uploading I got an MS message saying something like 'Can't find page'. So I'm not sure what to do now. NVG |

Does it work if you zip the file ? If it doesn't work, you could use one of the many free online file sharing services (yousendit.com, filesend.net, box.net, snapdrive.net, etc...) |

I think I have good news for you: your coollection file doesn't seem to be corrupted ![]() I suppose it's the indexing system that went awry. If I'm right, it's very easy to fix. Here is how: 1/ the program must be closed 2/ delete the file Coollector\Database\indexing.dat 3/ open Coollector 4/ wait until the file indexing.dat is completely rebuilt (when its size becomes superior to zero) 5/ check that everything works fine Don't be surprised if the rebuilding takes several minutes (you have a very big collection). Note: the indexing system allows the database to perform much more quickly. |

I had tried a dozen movies and had found no problem... Now I've tried again and this time I could make the program crash. I'll give you my diagnosis a.s.a.p. |
