This message appears when the program was refused the authorization to access the content of a directory. I just tried with Snow Leopard 1.6.8 and Coollector 3.19.9, and don't have any problem to scan my drives. Did you install Coollector in the "Applications" folder ? Are you admin on your computer ? Do you run Coollector in a restricted mode ? |

I tried with the version you can get from our site. Did you get the program from the Mac App Store ? |

I downloaded from your site and then had to update once installed. I am logged is as admin and the program is installed my Applications folder. I am not running in restricted mode. Can not tell what ver of coollector i am running, but my updater says I have the latest. |
