One-too-many:

Coollector's Man From Earth has two blu-ray videos available with the same barcode--013138325280. The first one has no cover, while the second does. Owning the blu-ray video will not get me the one with the cover. I suppose one of the two will have to be removed by you.

One-not-enough:

This is an error of omission. On the ship Serenity in the TV series Firefly, the occupants include Dr. Simon Tam, aka Sean Maher (nm0536883).

The "One-not-enough" will be fixed with the next update, and the "One-too-many" will be fixed with the update after (the next update is cooking, and it's now to late to fix this).
