coollector crashing every time part 1

This post is in two parts as I can only put three pictures up at a time.
This is part one.
I’m having a problem with collector crashing after adding all my video files and losing about 240 titles.
Here is the location of my files there are 1542.
I install collector there are no owned files.
I run scan files for videos it finds 1572.
Now please look at coollector crashing every time part 2
