Just a thought, as it's an issue I've come across when importing my backup DVD collection which is ripped to a HDD (yes, I know I'm not legally allowed to do it, but that's not the point). Would it be possible to add a specific option for a link/file location in the info/edit section for a file for a bonus/extras disc? When I rip my DVD's I copy all full disc with bonus discs, but as far as I see intuitively there's only really obvious options for adding the main DVD's VIDEO_TS file. I realise that I can add more than 1 file to an entry but there's no differentiation between what those files may be as far as I can see with my limited time playing with the program. As it stands, I have simply removed all bonus discs from my library; but that's not really the answer that I'm looking for...

Yes, you have to add each disk as a video. And when you'll click the "play" icon, you'll easily know which is which because the file path is displayed.
