You have an Incorrect Barcode
This message means that you entered a barcode that is not valid (not the right number of digits, or the check digit doesn't validate the other digits).
Please give me an example.

Are they different in the UK to say the US?
In the US, the barcode is called an UPC, while in Europe it's an EAN. EANs are one digit longer.
Our database is currently missing a lot of European barcodes. That's something we will improve in the coming months.
But the error message "You have an Incorrect Barcode" means that the barcode is not valid at all. When the barcode isn't in our database, you simply get zero results.
