Here is the first beta of the skin system:

To start your experiments, click the menu "Tools->Skin Editor (BETA)".

This is a very early beta. A lot of things don't work very well, and some don't work at all.

If a setting doesn't have the expected effect, just move on, as it's probably not implemented yet. For example, changing the width of the borders doesn't work at all with this version.

Nonetheless, there should be enough to keep you busy until tomorrow, when I'll release the second beta



What remains to be done:

- fix everything that doesn't work as it should...

- border widths

- sizes

- new skin info => author & credits

- new grid style with less text

- new grid style with no text at all

- filters & string search => highlight text using bold font, instead of outlining

- skin folders => deletion and management

- discovery and download of new skins, with a search by skin release date, author, or popularity

Sorry, Mac users. I had made all my testings on Windows, and now I realize that the Mac version has lots of problems, making it unusable.
