Post subject:  updates and films not recognised
Hi
I can't enter some films onto the database. One, 'Under Siege', causes the programme to freeze-up. I've tried updating the programme and it gets some way into that and then aborts. I've changed the settings on my security, but still cannot get the upgrades. Hope you can help.

What's the version you're currently using?

Please install the latest version by downloading the installer:

http://www.coollector.com

Don't uninstall anything. Just install.

When you'll have the latest version, you'll tell me if you still have problems with the updates.

I installed the new update and everything appears to be fine. Also, I have to say the site looks really smart in its new livery. Thanks again for the help and swift response.

You probably used a very old version...
