Appreciated your quick reply, but again IMDB search make searching in your DB much easier, (you can add both search by name or IMDB, unless if there are technical problem with the programs, that is another story) specially that there are so many local name for so many movie, and when there are so many local name, then you do not know in which local name you should start.

It's not a technical issue, it's very easy to program this thing.

But that would require to include a new search, making the interface more complex, and I don't think it's worth it, because I don't see the point of making an IMDb search.

If you can't find a movie with our string search, it's probably because there's a problem with our database (like an aka missing), and I want to know about it when you request the movie here.

This method has already allowed me to fix many titles.



We list all the english akas + the original title.

For instance, for a french movie:

the problem is the program recognize it as something else and a assign it incorrectly to another movie and the other thing is almost all English speaking people have their movies named in English and some of these movies are in another language in the database , so please rename the all the movies to their English versions.
