tt15654810 This looks like a dual Swedish-Irish production. I've submitted Ireland in a ticket to IMDB.
It's comprised mostly of Irish actors, set in Ireland, and described as Irish everywhere:

What determines the countries is the nationality of the production companies (where the money comes from). Not the actors, nor the settings.

"Irish crime drama" simply means a crime drama that's set in Ireland.
Anyway, the IMDb seems to have accepted your submission

It doesn't have a wikia page but it looks like some co-production or association with Viaplay and RTE?
And the creator doesn't seem to be Swedish. But fair enough.
Also:

I don't know about this movie particularly, but I wanted to check if you understood how it works.
For example, if you take some movies from Luc Besson: "The Fifth Element", "The Messenger", "Valerian"... They were shot in English with mostly an american cast, but they're before all french movies, not because it's Luc Besson who directs, but because he found the funding in France (Gaumont).

Sure, I get that (although FIfth Element and Valerian have like 4 countries+ listed as origin on IMDB)
but I specifically noted Subotica because it is an Irish production company involved in the production of North Sea Connection.

Yep, for such big budget movies, he had to find several production companies to share the risks. It's mostly Gaumont from France, plus some others from Europe.
