Hi Hector, my brother gets this error when trying to start the program. Any idea why?

Did your brother unzip the app with Winzip? Several users have reported that issue in the past... Winzip extracts the file but it loses the execution permissions.

Please ask your brother to not use Winzip, and to unzip the app for example with 7zip.
